Alderman Cardenas and the staff welcome your comments questions and concerns; they are available to assist with you Monday from 8:30am–7:00pm and Tuesday - Friday from 8:30am – 6:00pm.

It is important to note that every Monday the Public Service Office hosts Ward Night between the hours of 3:00pm – 7:00pm (Except Holiday). This is a good opportunity to meet with the Alderman and express your concerns. It is recommended that you call the office to indicate your interest in meeting with the Alderman.
