Alderman Cardenas and the staff welcome your comments questions and concerns; they are available to assist with you Monday from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Tuesday - Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

It is important to note that every Monday the Public Service Office hosts Ward Night between the hours of 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Except Holidays). This is a good opportunity to meet with the Alderman and express your concerns. It is recommended that you call the office to beforehand to indicate your interest in meeting with the Alderman.
